I am desprately looking for either a roommate for the second bedroom in the upper level of a house, a 2 bedroom duplex OR for a couple of people to take my place in the Month to Month property for May 1st. I moved in with my boyfriend April 1st but unfortunately plans changed and he is leaving to move back East. I am now searching for someone to take the second bedroom and share rent with me come May or take over my month to month rent so that I am not leaving my landlord Maria with nobody to rent her property....
I am looking for someone to pay $500/month plus energy, power & of course if we decided to split internet on top of that. We would also have an air conditioning unit, a large laundry room in suite and private parking onsite with a plugin for winter. I have absolutely no preference regarding a male or female roommate.
I personally am a 27 year old Female with no pets currently. I work Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm doing house cleaning. I am an aspiring independent performing circus artist and I am also working to attain my personal trainer certification. I mainly enjoy playing music loudly while I hula hoop & train in my living room & I am fairly private and I like to keep my partying outside of the home generally. I would expect notice or mutual discussion before having groups of people over, especially during weeknights... But I am by no means a prude :-P
